Vistory is operated by Vistory App LLC.
You can permanently delete your Vistory account from inside the Vistory app:
Deleting your account permanently removes your Vistory account and data directly tied to that account, including your profile, collections, collected-marker history, trips, group memberships and activity, achievements, trivia responses, streak and reward records, and subscription status stored by Vistory.
Some limited records may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, support, tax, or platform-integrity purposes. Shared or public records may also remain after the identifying link to your account has been removed. Vistory does not currently publish a fixed retention period for these limited retained records.
Deleting your Vistory account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Transaction records maintained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment/platform providers are governed by those providers and are not deleted by deleting your Vistory account.

If you cannot access the app or need help requesting deletion, contact support@vistoryapp.com. Vistory may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing a manual deletion request.
