We're here to help you get the most out of Vistory.

Accounts

You can sign in with email, Apple, or Google. To change your display name or delete your account and data, email us from your account address.

Subscriptions

Vistory offers Explorer and Historian subscriptions with monthly and annual options. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account.

• Manage or cancel: open your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings → Subscriptions.
• Restore purchases: in the app, go to Profile → Manage Subscription → Restore Purchases. This is also available on any upgrade screen.

Streak protection

Streak Freeze and Streak Repair are one-time in-app purchases that protect or restore your daily collection streak. Historian subscribers never lose their streak and do not need these.

Permissions

• Location is required to detect when you're near a marker. Enable it in your device settings under Vistory.
• Camera is used to scan marker QR codes. We do not store photos.

Collecting markers

Walk or drive to a historical marker — when you're close enough, Vistory unlocks its collectible icon and verified narrative. Indoor exhibits use a QR code scan instead of GPS.
